We are Providing Digital Printing Machineries Solutions

Textile Solutions

Textile printing is a process of applying designs, patterns, and images onto fabric. We are providing several solutions for textile printing. Digital printing uses specialized printers that work similarly to traditional desktop printers. It is best suited for small runs or for designs with complex color gradients or photographic images.

Garments Solutions

This is a traditional method of printing where a stencil is made and the ink is pushed through the stencil onto the fabric. Screen printing is best suited for large runs of simple designs and is a cost-effective solution for printing t-shirts and other items.

Signage Solutions

Signage Printing is the process of creating the actual sign, which can be done using a variety of methods, such as digital printing, screen printing, or large-format printing. The printing process can be done on a variety of materials, including paper, vinyl, and metal.

Sublimation Solutions

This method of printing involves using heat to transfer dye into the fabric. The dye penetrates the fibers, producing a long-lasting, vibrant image. Dye sublimation printing is best suited for polyester and other synthetic fabrics, and it is commonly used to produce flags, banners, and sportswear.

Reactive Ink

Reactive ink is a type of dye used in textile printing that reacts with the fibers in the fabric to produce a permanent, colorfast print. The ink contains a reactive dye that forms a chemical bond with the fibers in the fabric, making the print durable and long-lasting. Reactive ink is most commonly used in screen printing and is ideal for printing on natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and rayon.

DTF ink, also known as direct-to-fabric ink, is a type of ink used in digital textile printing. It is applied directly onto the fabric using specialized digital printers, allowing for the creation of high-quality, full-color images. Unlike traditional screen printing, DTF ink allows for fine detail and a wide color gamut, making it ideal for printing complex designs and photographic images.
